Q3: Is sample order acceptable?

A3: Yes, sample order is acceptable to test and check quality. Customized is available.

A4: Sample needs 7-12 days, mass production time depends on order quantity and need to be negotiated.

Q5: What are your payment and delivery terms?

A5: Payment terms: via T/T, 30% deposit and balance all before shipment. For small amounts, we also accept payment via western union or paypal.

Q6: What shipping method do you use and how long can we get it?

A6: We usually ship sample by DHL,UPS or Fedex. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping will be proper for mass production.
